Small business owners want to use technology to grow their businesses. But they face a lot of obstacles as they try to chart a course to do this. Time constraints, lack of technology expertise and financial resources, and just figuring out where to start can all hold small businesses back.
However, the cloud promises to help many small businesses to take advantage of these new technologies—without the heavy-lifting. Vendors are embedding new capabilities that leverage these technologies into their solutions to make them accessible and consumable for small businesses.
