Building Culture and Collaboration for the Next Normal: Join Us on LinkedIn Live

Mark your calendars for what I’m sure will be a lively LinkedIn Live session on Tuesday, June 2! Register here, details are below.

The trend towards work from home (WFM) had already been rising prior to COVID-19. According to Flexjobs, it rose 44% in the past 5 years.

With COVID-19, businesses have doubled down on WFM to keep their operations going. SMB Group’s 2020 Impact of COVID-19 on SMBs Study indicates that 80% of SMBs with existing work from home programs are expanding them—and 53% of SMBs that lacked this option are now putting it into place.

Although there are bound to be fits and starts as companies adapt to this new way of working, we believe that this shift will be a permanent one for many companies and employees. This change has big implications for company culture, how we collaborate, how work gets done, job roles and much more.

With this in mind, I’m delighted to team up with Brent Leary of CRM Essentials and Mona Abou-Sayed, VP, Collaboration & Applications at Mitel. We’ll discuss how your business can move from an initial reactive approach to WFM to make it as engaging, productive and sustainable as possible over the long term.

I hope you can join us! Register here, details are below.
